Medicolegal experience

I prepare 20-25 medicolegal reports a year mainly for cases involving medical and dental negligence (approximately equal number Claimant and Defendant).

I also prepare a small number of reports for personal injury cases.

I have acted as medicolegal Expert Witness for Scottish and English Health Ombudsmen.

During the two last years I have been instructed as an Expert witness, both Defence and Prosecution, by:

• The General Dental Council
• MDDUS
• The Medical Protection Society
• Several firms of Solicitors

I am a Member Expert Panel MAPS (Medical And Professional Services Ltd.).

I am trained as an Expert Witness:

• Bond Solon training days;
  • Medico-legal Report writing
  • Day in Court
• I have arranged medicolegal dental session for RCS and BAOS study days.
